Was the ‘regular’ 100% gas or ‘Contains up to 10% ethanol’? In which case you would figure the energy loss would be 2/3 that of E85. So, the equivalency calculation for the regular would be 3.689*3.67=$13.54 compared to $13.60 for E85.
