Another "Deep Pockets" lawsuit.

The driver of the pick up caused the injures NOT Ford and of course he does not have enough insurance to make it worthwhile for the lawyers.

BINGO!!! This has nothing to do with the design or safety of the car and EVERYTHING to do with lining the ambulance chasing scumbag lawyer's pockets.

He is hoping that Ford will 'settle' without admitting fault but still paying an exorbitant EXTORTION amount rather than be seen as the big mean corporation fighting the poor little injured blind girl...........

my sentiments exactly. Even though I don’t care for the lopeback ( how do you crawl back there to clean the inside? Ford has passed the standard battery of safety testing by industry standards.
