There are a number of states with Ballot challenges already in the court systems. Georgia was just the first. All may well end up in the Supreme Court before November, and frankly the Dem’s are going to want to let Barry retire rather than having him get a ruling from SCOTUS which invalidates his Presidency.

The stakes are going up.

Is there really time to kick him off the ballot? I think matter is a legit issue and I’m hoping my home state of Arizona does something about it.

Since this is a county matter would that mean the County attorney would have to file suit? Or would the state take jurisdiction since it’s a statewide ballot issue?

Both attorneys are Republican which is a good start!
