I think a brokered convention will likely give the nomination to who ever has the most delegates.

I'm not sure that's what happens.

They start dealing in the backrooms for votes and anything can happen.

That's why there's talk of introducing someone else if it's brokered...to try to win the delegates who are digging their heels in.

To be nominated, a candidate must collect a majority of the total of 2287 delegates.

"Most" won't do it. It has to be a majority.
