Maybe Judge Flanagan will now claim his signature was fraudulently obtained...

Good God!
I know most here realize how corrupt judges can be and especially for their union supporters. Believe me folks, I have seen this first hand and it is jarring. There was just a case here in the Northeast in which a judge was writing secret memos to the democrats telling them what positions to take before him, and that he would play dumb on the whole thing.

I hope that there will be an appeal to a higher court, seeking a stay against or an overturning of this attempt to foster illegal balloting.

Judge Flanagan also lists Melisa Mulliken, a longtime adviser to Kathleen Falk This process is beyond corrupt. For those who may not know, Kathleen Falk is the chosen one by the unions to run against Scott Wallker in the recall election.

Maistelman noted that in this case, Walker was being sued in his official capacity as governor, not as a political candidate. The same holds true for the members of the Government Accountability Board. "They are not being sued because of who they are individually," Maistelman said. "They're being sued because of what they represent. That's the distinction."
How fine of him.

Democracy, representative democracy or whatever one calls it, is dying away very rapidly. The unions and the Democrat Socialist Workers Party now rule.

Just the typical and usual leftist corruption. Nothing new here. And we all know that lefties never EVER recuse themselves when a conflict of interest or worse has become obvious or been uncovered.

Maybe Judge Flanagan will now claim his signature was fraudulently obtained... Yea, that's a tactic they can use.
Here's a "thousand" words on that subject (public information):
