Mau-Mauing the Fluke rappers.
For at least 50 years the Left has responded to an opponent's message by Mau-Mauing the messenger. The messenger becomes the "issue." Issues are weapons. Shoo the messenger. Frighten the opponent into submission. Stop letting it work every time.
The best thing is to just laugh at the Mau-Mauing. The Left hates that.
Another way to say it is, "Ignore the gorilla suit."
