The man is right, no one really knows what is in Rush's heart. Like wise, we do not know what is in Obama's heart for example:

Is he a lying rat bastard who has taken advantage of an artificial ginned up controversy?

Or is he a lying rat bastard, who knows he is not constitutionally eligible for the office?
