I do not understand the hate for Rush and the support for Fluke by average, non-political women.

although I’m a gal - and I’m sure this will be called sexist- but you know, somet times you just can’t fix stupid.

Rush is a man’s man. Some feminazi’s just can’t stand that.

I don’t care WHAT they do for sex, I’m just NOT going to be forced to pay for it.

I work with 10-14 women (non political types as you mentioned)on a regular basis and they are running to the democrat platform over all this contraception crap.

This issue is going to kill the GOP at election time. Most women want gov't out of their uterus even if they don't take BC

The vast majority of women under 30 are not non-political; they an extremely liberal political agenda(as evidenced in the news and entertainment media, their voting patterns, and their own behavior — e.g.: the majority of births to women under 30 in the US are now out of wedlock).

Quite simply, their political agenda is to zealously oppose anything that interferes with their right to be promiscuous. If it’s an unborn baby, kill it. If it is the Constitution (as in the case of religious freedom), override it. And if it is moral behavior that conflicts with their own profligacy, savage the perpetrator (e.g.: Sarah Palin and Tim Tebow.

It is time to face the degenerate new reality.

It's called "circle the wagons around the vagina". It's what has kept crap like The View a going concern all these years.

What, you're picking on the girl? You can't pick on the girl! We are all victims of SOMETHING men have done, dontcha know.

I do not understand the hate for Rush

It is not the hard to understand as the left hates him for many reasons: his success, his influence, his humor (the left has not sense of humor if directed at them), most of all they hate him because he is correct on so many issues.

"...the hate for Rush and the support for Fluke..."

Propaganda is a powerful tool - look what it did and still doing to Bush. Having the MSM at your beck and call doesn't hurt..............

Calling someone on making a mistake is not ‘hate’.

You’re falling into the liberal habit of calling everything you don’t agree with ‘hate-speech’. One can say Rush screwed up without hating the man.

Geez.

I don’t like Rush. He panders to the cheap seats - and most of us sit in the cheap seats from time to time. He deals in righteous indignation, mockery, easy outrage, provocation, contempt.

Sure he can be informative, bringing up news or viewpoints that the MSM won’t touch. And sure, I agree with most of his politics. I used to listen to him but I found he was not good for my soul. Now I find him irritating - I’m tired of the blusterer and blowhard.

So why does the average non-political woman not like him? The reasons above are valid, even just as a matter of taste: he is certainly not to everyone’s liking. He tries not to be.

He’s not “nice.” Women place a premium on being “nice” and not being “hurtful.” You are allowed not to be nice only if you are politically correct and attack the right targets. Most people don’t question the political indoctrination in which they live. And because he’s anti-feminist - most women pay at least lip service to feminism.

I despise Fluke and her brand of political manipulation, and her deliberate attempt to undermine the tenets of the university she enrolled in. But attack that - not her personal sexual behavior and morality - which was never the issue. Most women have been verbally attacked in sexual terms in disputes - so Rush’s attack on Fluke made them sympathize with her - a tactical blunder on his part.
