Dems count on the distinction between conception prevention pills and pregnancy termination pills be blurred in the average voters minds. So if you are against birth control (visualized as conception prevention) and abortion both then it makes you (Republicans) look like women's sexual-moral police, which is a losing battle in a national election. Visualize those old ladies in Iran that will beat up a woman on the street for showing their hair, that is what Dems are making Republican men look like with their (Dems) strategy. And compassionate Obama takes time out of his busy schedule from Iran-Isreal negotionations to comfort this 'poor' brave woman who oniy wants to speak out on woman's health issues free from attacks.
