The way this woman insists on the pronunciation of her last name sounds a lot like the German word ‘’flucht’ which I believe, now I could very well be wrong, but I think it means f**k’’. If it does it certainly fits.

Flucht means flight as in fleeing. To pronounce the ch sound pretend you have something in your throat and try to get it out. At least that is the best way I can explain it

"Flucht" in German means "flight," as in fleeing, not aviation. The word for someone who flees--a refugee--is "der Flüchtling." As for the vulgarism, the German word, the infinitive form of which rhymes with "chicken," is spelled similarly to the English word.
