She is a radical feminist who is taking government funding for her law degree, and has decided to use her body as a government funded recreation venue, evidently open to all comers. As such the federal government, as do state, county, and local government entities that use tax monies for recreational facilities, must provide proper maintenance for the facility in question until it is more cost effective to raze the facility and develop another.
