AOL Inc. says it is suspending its advertising on Rush Limbaugh's radio show in reaction to his derogatory comments about a law student who testified about birth control.
At least seven other companies have pulled ads from Limbaugh's show because of his comments.

Me either. All I remember of AOL is lots of fruit salad and painfully slow download times.
Lots of form, little substance.
AOL is still in business?
Is there a thread in FR started that lists radio stations that are pulling Rush’s radio program? It has already started in Massachusetts.
What I am ashamed of is all the idiot Freepers who, instead of rallying behind Rush, are piling on with the left.
Shame on all of you who are doing that. (Not you)
AOL is still in business?
What? Can’t recall the last time I have seen or heard an AOL ad anywhere... on anything TV, RADIO, etc...
Maybe they have some regional deal with the show, or they are just announcing a pullout that they never had to get some free publicity.
I’m shocked. Totally shocked! I didn’t know AOL was still in business.
You are aware that most of us are playing offense and defense here. Supporting Rush. Not supporting those who do not support Rush. Free speech. Free markets.
Can you or anyone please post a list of these companies?
Thanks!
It’s all politics, it has nothing to do with his comment.
Re: the AOL list
Funny - I don’t use any of the aol sites listed.
Guess they should advertise on Rush to get my attention /sarc
AOL Tech Guru - I’ve heard their ads on his show several times.
Most are. But look around you, and on other threads. Some Freepers are castigating Rush and calling him a sniveling coward, etc.
Shameful.
And this from people who have not done 1/millionth what Rush has done for conservatism, or been 1/millionth as courageous a voice.
You are correct. Their goal is to exploit conditions to remove as many conservative radio/tv people off the air before the election cycle. Otherwise they can’t win.
AOL is leftist. They bought Huffington Post.
I dumped AOL years ago, it sucks.

I think they are making up some of these. I have seen Snapple mentioned and now AOL. Isn’t AOL Ms HuffyPuffy now?
Snapple has been gone for years as a Rush ad.
AOL? Ha ha. I heard the National Buggy Whip Shop is the next to announce leaving. Good Lord.
The left is everywhere victorious as they have spent years relentlessly conquering our various institutions one by one: i.e. education, the courts, the media etc. They hammer the public hourly with their various theses until no given individual can withstand them.
