I dropped Carbonite 3 years ago when they went offline for 5 days with no explaination, no apologies and no refund.

Been using Mozy.com since - had rock-solid service, support and response.

I tried Mozy had them for about a year and a half after I had dropped Carbonite. Then it had problems on one of my 4 computers and worked with their support for about 3 weeks and they could never fix it. Canceled and they did refund what I had pre-paid. Thats when I found Backblaze and it worked great until I got Win 7X64 and had some problems also. Then I found Crash Plan and have been very happy as they also have a local backup as well and will save several versions of same file. Something I needs a I program for a living. My $0.02 worth on the replacement for Carbonite. YMMV
