I emailed them yesterday, closing my account as of the end of my prepaid service (about 2 months from now) and I told them why.
FReepers listed many other backup services which may be better. I have time to pick a new service.
Carbonite has saved me several times, but its time I brought this in house anyway.
Also, will stop recommending them to my customers.
