Rush Limbaugh apologized on Saturday for calling a Georgetown Law student a slut for testifying about contraception and starting a firestorm of outrage. Kirsten Powers says the liberals who led the charge need to start holding their own side accountable.

I don't believe that there is a "war on women" per se. The only war on women that I can think of in recent times is our sending them into combat situations and having them return minus limbs and other injuries, even death.

My only disagreement with Rush Limbaugh is his apology. What he said was right on. We have too damned many of these little weasels, male and female, who day-by-day and hour-by-hour seek to destroy the fabric of our society and who are largely succeeding. Enough is enough and Limbaugh should stick by his guns.

As for Kirsten Powers, I see little glimmers from time to time that she is testing the conservative waters. Heavy emphasis on the "little glimmers."

She is at least thoughtful, respectful, and intelligent. I disagree with her, but this is a leftist with whom I would tolerate debate. They are few.

Sounds like she's on the edge of the sort of epiphany that launched Andrew Breitbart on his journey towards Conservatism.

It remains to be seen how fast and how far back Kristen walks this but, nevertheless, this is the sort of introspection that causes one to turn away from The Dark Side.

If the advertisers of The Daily Beast aren't badgered into calling for her head on a silver platter first.

See how I did that? She began her rant with a Biblical allusion to "shout from the rooftops" and I ended mine with a Biblical nod towards the calling for one's head on a silver platter for deigning to speak such insolence to men of power no matter how true.

Since when do I have a moral imperative to support someone’s bedroom activities ?

I’m actually a little envious about how often she apparently gets laid.

I do wonder, is she that good in bed that her many suitors make sure she is pleasured as much as she requires to keep her happy?

How does she find the time to make herself a available so often?

I suspect if she is getting laid so often it is more business than pleasure

If her product is so good and in such high demand it ought to be self sustaining and shouldn’t require a subsidy from me or any other person who pays taxes.
