I’ve been a Carbonite subscriber for some years now. Last January, my laptop slowed down to molasses speed. I went to Best Buy to buy a new one. Part of the deal was that they would throw in a free hard drive-to-hard drive transfer. When I got home, I found that only about half of my priceless photos had transferred. I called Carbonite and they had restored everything in about 36 hours. I would not be without it. I learned about Carbonite from Rush. I’m sorry he apologized to that skank.

I stay away from BB from a technical or break(they do really well)/fix (good luck) standpoint and encourage others to do so. I fix other people’s stuff from time to time and data copy and move is a big part of that. I may take a little longer but I rarely get a question and almost never a complaint after all said and done.

You could have restored your files in 20 minutes with a backup hard drive and kept your confidentiality forever.
