Actually, the attempts at that conversation occurred some time ago, back when I thought the marriage could be saved.

The world is better off when people remain married, but sometimes it is impossible to suppress cognitive-dissonance forever. Nevertheless, it is better to try to remain friends, rather then be forever enemies. You agree, right?
