Anyone can make an error when speaking, especially when one has a microphone for 15 hours a week.
The instant that I read that Rush ( who I've admired since '84) that he called some woman (who I believe is a compunction-less liar) a "slut", I knew it was an error. My hope was that he would back-track rather than double-down.
Option b came before option a, I'm afraid.
The left will use this brief error in judgement tirelessly, and for anyone to be disappointed that he recanted does not do justice to the political hay to be baled here.
It's not about the woman, it's about the comment. (And yes, I know about what the fungus Bill Maher said. It's a double standard, it's not fair, yet we must navigate the mine-laden waters successfully if we want to win in 12.)

Thanks for buying into the Kool-Aid. It like the women in Texas who knew all of the TSA people because she flew often but since there wasn't a female to grope her she was willing for a male only to get to the flight. She bought into the Kool-Aid also. Drip, drip, drip. Soon you will beg forgiveness from the government for your thoughts of individuality.

I applaud the usage of “slut” where it applies—conservatives NEED to use this verbiage to get attention, because the sheeple have been brainwashed and need to be JOLTED out of their slumber.

Please Explain to us why observing a behavior that fits the definition of a word is in error.
This woman demands that we pay for her sexual activities (where she cannot even exercise self control that it would cost her more than $3,000 a year in birth control), and someone who points this out should now apologize?
Do we intend to live in a topsy turvy world?
If you want to,be my guest. As for me, I intend to call on Monday (if I can get through) to show Rush my support and most of all, to send Ms. Fluke a message -— If you advertise your personal promiscuity to the world, you ought to accept it when people use the word that describes your lifestyle.
