As I read that, the only way I see you MIGHT have a problem is if you acreage is zoned residential. Otherwise, you should be good to go. Build a nice berm to fire into and do things right, you should be on solid ground. IMO
We live out in the sticks along the Yukon in an unorganized community, no local government, or taxes, or regulations, ordinances, comprehensive planning or any forms of zoning. People see fire around here when you mention such things. Our town consists of 125 Whites & 30 Indians in a village 8 miles from town and then it's 200 miles down a summer only open dirt road that often washes out, 20 foot of snow on it all winter long. No law enforcement (LEO's hiding in the weeds) or anybody for sour neighbors to call and complain to; everybody pretty much deals with issues on their own; works out quite well. No locks on doors, keys ever outta vehicles or crime to speak of; funny cause everybody here has sidearms for bear protection come warm weather. No state taxes or even property taxes where we live.
Doubt if I could live anywheres else and feel normal. I feel sorry for you all that have to live under the conditions that you do, no freedom; but you get what you are willing to accept or if you let them have their way with you. NOthing behind my brushpile but big mountains for hundreds of miles so my backstop will have to do. Life is very good in Alaska.
