I agree with the spirit of the message, but I wouldn’t wish Hell on my worst enemy. Hell is: Eternal w/ no escape, hot /12K degrees F, no water, tormented by demons, other lost souls and your own thoughts of regret , intense pain,... did i mention Hot?

LOL, you're too literal. You have to look at the effects.

Hell is fear.

Endless fear.

That's why John 4:18 says: "There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love."

Love is from God, and is perfect, and so the opposite of hell - yes? So, hell is endless fear - the opposite of perfect love.

NOT that experiencing fear at any particular time means one is being evil. These are conceptual absolutes. There are many psychotics running around that believe they are feeling love, or talk endlessly about love, while doing evil. And many brave people feeling fear while doing God's will, and tremendous good.

What it's really all about is what makes up a person's soul, not any particular experience. And after death, that's what God lets you experience - your own soul.

And what you've made of it.
