A local ABC affiliate chose NOT to report that the judge presiding over the case was a Muslim himself. Leave it up to the Alphabet lamestream media to edit the story to be more politically correct.

"In actuality, I'm a Christian," Martin, a Lutheran, told The Associated Press. "Does that mean I should recuse myself in all cases that involve Christians?"

Martin said he dismissed the case for lack of evidence after Elbayomy testified that the confrontation was not physical, an apparent contradiction of what he told police the day of the parade. Court records spelled his first name Talaag, an online listing had Talaat and Perce's video called him Talaaq.

This is real life, this is real life, this is real life ...

Quinn and Rose have an occasional segment titled, "They walk among us", but I'm starting to feel I walk among them

In this case, YES, HELL YES because he admitted that he was a Muslim and therefore using Sharia Law to try the case, and NOT the Laws of the United States of America. Christians abide by the U.S. Constitution because our Constitution was based on Judeo-Christian Principles.
