Charity is exempt if it has a religious purpose and serves only members of that faith.
Muslims are exempt because they discriminate against non-Muslims. Christian charities have long since stopped doing that.

So stupid. Why does it matter if they serve non christians. Do women seeking abortion go to Catholic Charities or do they go to an abortion facility. Everyone is free in this country to work where they want to work. If free contraception and abortions is the most important thing to them, they can get a job with an employer that provides them. If they don’t get free contraception, big deal. Pay for it themselves. Seriously, are working women having a hard time paying for contraception??
