It begins as a pretend jewelry ad, in which a young man screws up the courage to ask his beauty to marry him (and does she look sweet). The moment she opens the box holding a diamond engagement ring, she looks at him in surprise and apparent gratitude and pleasure while asks for her hand in marriage...
Then, she announces that she is seeing his best friend who then tips his head into the image telling him "tough luck, she's really sweet" and she announces they are about to take off for a trip to Hawaii. The suitor asks why she never told him about her preferences. The Quicken guy in the seat at the next table then goes on to announce that his company will always keep you in the loop.
Unbelievable. Vile. Sickening. Evil ad.
Quicken Loans is celebrating licentious depravity, dishonesty, cruelty, and greed, while trashing the effort it takes to be a decent clean young man committing his life to a woman to build a family. They are teaching young people that it is just not worth doing the right thing.
I have been a Quicken and TurboTax customer for years. Quicken handles my Visa settlements. I have taken out a home refinance through that company believing that they operated with high integrity. They won't ever get one more dime out of me. They will be getting a letter.
I hate Quicken and TurboTax. They are scum. They should be boycotted for many reasons.
Most of the comments at YouTube think it's hilarious.
