This has already happened to many women.
They go on the pill, and don’t realize they’ve contracted chlymidia. The disease sterilizes them, and they don’t realize it until they try to conceive.
Then they spend a gazillion dollars trying to get pregnant.
So if a woman was permanently sterilized due to at-risk behavior condoned/subsidized by the US gov't, could she have grounds for a lawsuit? IANAL, but I would say yes.
