Private Joker! What is your major malfunction?
That is what I felt like yelling at Matthew Modine aka Private Joker after watching a bizarre video he produced in support of the Occupy Wall Street movement. Rather than shed any light on the subject of OWS, all Modine seemed to accomplish was to make the viewer as confused as Lou Costello trying to make sense of what Bud Abbott was trying to explain about Who's on first, What's on second, and I Don't Know on third. Watch Private Joker's OWS propaganda video below the fold and see if you can make any sense of four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.

Say what you like, but that is an effective piece of film for the right audience - callow, de facto socialist, idiots. I'm too much of a barbarian to know what this kind of film making is called (flashing images and mantra dialog couple with music) but it is the medium of our current time (another reason to kill yer TV sets, kids). If the patriot message is going to reach the young today, they better couch the message in something other than chiseled stone.

I’ve seen this story before. A career-on-the-decline actor attempts to boost his Hollywood profile by going all-in for left wing propaganda. Unfortunately, this story is getting boring particularly because it always has a sad ending - just ask Billy Baldwin.

agreed ... an effective film ...
could equally apply to so-called "comfortable" Conservatives (Romneites) ...
versus folks like Jim Robinson, Andrew Briebart, Newt and Tea Party folks ...

OWS is running your country.
Think about that while you're job hunting/paying your overinflated taxes. :)

My favorite character in that movie wasn’t the drill sarge but Animal Mother’ played by real-life conservative Adam Baldwin.

My Bodyguard!
That was the first movie I ever saw him in when I was a kid. I didn’t see FMJ until much later. Loved his initial meeting with that stinking hippie Private Joker too!
You know, I must confess that I didn’t know he’s a conservative. I appreciate that knowledge^^

Adam Baldwin usually goes on the KFI AM shows and I remember him go on 15 minute rants about his disgust for Obama.
It is no coincidence his character on CHUCK’ is a Reagan worshipper, complete with Reagan pics on the background of every scene when he’s in his office.
