First, Rick’s comments are not as damning as the headlines.
BUT....BUT....BUT....Rick’s comments were clumsy and unnecessary. (are we spotting a trend here?). He did not articulate what you did earlier, that Rush demonstates absurdity by being absurd - he simply said Rush was being absurd which is what an entertainer can do. NOT THE SAME.
You said what Rick SHOULD HAVE SAID and what YOU WISHED Rick had said. But that’s not what Rick said. Sorry, it’s not.
