If you are looking at that route remember he spent his last two hours at a trendy Brentwood bar sipping wine and talking politics with strangers. If he went to the lavatory at anytime and left his glass unattended it would have been easy to slip something in it. A potentiator like Vistaril can cause an effective overdose of what ever meds he was taking.
