Typical ABC (and ministry of propaganda) "creative writing," and I've heard 2 items today that just show their "creativity."

On the ABC new blurb on the radio as I was coming home from work, I heard a report that Rush Limbaugh called her a "slut and a prostitute" for testifying before congress.

Let's just examine this... First off, she didn't testify before congress. She talked in front of the ministry of propaganda and some hard core leftist legislators. Secondly he never called her those names for "testifying." He called her a prostitute for wanting to be paid for sex. She insists that someone pay for her sexual escapades, and that's the dictionary definition of prostitution.

And on a local call-in show, this idiot woman host was going off on how birth control should be covered by all insurance companies, since viagra is covered on all insurance companies. The male co-host told her that it's NOT covered by all insurance, and her insistence to the opposite was wrong. She said "well that's what I heard."

After a break, she quoted an ABC news report that "a pharmacist said that 50% of all Viagra prescriptions filled were covered by insurance."

If you aren't careful, you might mistake this for 50% of men who get viagra prescriptions get it covered by insurance. But that's simply not true, and it skews WAY to the side of insurance coverage. But if you actually read what it says, it says 50% of all prescriptions FILLED. At more than $20 a tablet, just how many uncovered prescriptions are filled? It's going to be far fewer than is inferred by people who want to have the taxpayer to pay for their sexual escapades.

Oh, and I meant to add that this idiot host said that her co-host's statement that his insurance doesn't cover it, she just "poo-poo'd" his statement as nothing more than anecdotal stories, and insisted that it's "common knowledge" that every insurance company covers viagra. Of course, it's simply not true, and a caller assured her that Blue Cross/Blue Shield, the largest insurance company in the midwest does NOT cover Viagra.
