I guess a person can be guilty of treason only if they are a US citizen.
But he is guilty of so many crimes that - well, even a life sentence in fed pen is not harsh enough if you get my drift.

non us citizen can be guilty of treason if they owe allegiance..like a sworn oath...but must be during wartime
my quick take, if an armed rebellion begins because Obama has defrauded the people and was ineligible, he would be guilty of treason...he better think twice about his planned martial law and possible race/class war.
