This is something that grabbed my thoughts. For what purpose or what ends was Arpaio having the investigation? That 250 citizens filed a complaint for what ends? If Arpaio had said something about a candidate for POTUSA having to prove eligibility to be on the ballot in Maricopa County I could realize the ‘rhyme and reason’ for the investigation. As it was he seemed to be very deliberate in steering away from any connection to Obama’s eligibility for POTUSA.
