What is your take on the impact of Arpio’s findings so far?

For example: Does his announcement of “probable cause” give him subpoena power? Will it if he can convince the a judge? Does the FBI get involved here? If so, does Holder have to be involved? What does this finding do to change the burden of proof, if anything? Can these finding be brought to the appeal process in the Georgia eligibility case?

The bottom line is Sheriff Arpio's ending comments to the effect that it isn't clear to him where he goes next with these issues.

Unfortunately, the answer to all your direct questions is negative. What the sheriff does is come up with evidence of a crime so that a prosecutor can file charges against people who commit crimes. Since we have the 5th Amendment, you can't force people to tell you what they have done in the way of criminal conduct. That leaves the sheriff to develop his own facts.

The problem is that with very few exceptions, the people developing facts and advocting our position are people whose political bias is the same as ours but they are in most cases, not the professionals you would choose to decide how to make your case.

If it can be proven that Obamuzzie lied to GET ON THE BALLOT in AZ then he gets no protection at all as president. He might very well whine and bitch but he gets no federal protection. We had a totally similar circumstance here in Oregon a few years back when Wes Cooley lied about his bio on the ballot background form——claimed he was a Korean war vet but had never been in Korea. He got elected but had the choice of resigning or being prosectuted. He resigned. This was at the state level and I imagine that any particular state, like, oh , say AZ could press charges and win if they could prove a fraud on the ballot. Impeachment might never come up if everything Obamuzzie ever signed becomes invalid. The speaker of the house might just ask him to clear out his gear pretty much like Nixon left town.
