All “Type A” personalities run the risk of long hours running their own Businesses, pursuing their own dreams, etc....and being a TYPE “A” all the while.
The Time “midnite”, is not a normal waking and walking time for the majority of the populace. Young people do it, older people gradually lose that capability.
Lets us be careful how we drive ourselves when we’re highly motivated people sitting behind a desk. There is a physical cost.
