While it is certainly not unheard of for a 40-something to die of a massive heart attack (myocardial infarction), there should be a family history of similar things or, some lab indications of untoward risk. Not absolute, but usually there are these things...at any rate, this is a bit scary, and Rush, Sean and Mark: I hope you all are taking extra security precautions these days.

Because Andrew was adopted, back in the days of closed adoption, perhaps he did not know the medical history of his biological parents.

One thing I noticed—he was prematurely grey. This often accompanies heart trouble and sudden death.
