It is true that sometimes these candidates can be caught embarrassingly behind the news cycle, astounding as that is.

Hotair had this story up, and reported Romney was confused by the question thinking it was the Ohio bill, whatever that is. And the reporter asking him the question called Blunt’s bill the “Blunt-Rubio” bill, which is incorrect. Rubio is putting up his very own bill separate from Blunt, though Rubio does support Blunt’s bill, reportedly.

Romney has no clue, except there is nice trees in Michigan with the proper height, empty stadiums make great places for wonderful speeches, and every man’s wife should have 3 Cadillac... ohh yeah, he’s so in touch with the NASCAR crowd, that even though he not to familiar with it, he has rich friends who own NASCAR teams.
