when our “representatives” bastardized the phrase “common welfare” they opened the door for the lazy, ner do well’s to vote themselves more of the treasury and that is exactly what is happening.
We are at a point where almost over half the people are on the dole - at some point, our representative republic will become a democracy - two wolves and a sheep voting on dinner.
