Start by canceling all their State credit cards, have all State issued cell phones blocked, report all State supplied cars as stolen to the State Police, stop direct deposit of their salaries, and issue warrants for their detention and return to the Capital.Iowa does not issue credit cards to their elected Legislators. Iowa does not issue cell phones to their Legislators. Nor does Iowa issue vehicles to their Legislators.
The Iowa Legislature is actually pretty 'lean and mean' when it comes to perks.
