I'm from Bradford County and familiar with the small town governance's. And yes it's not unusual for "Buffoon" to hold positions they have no common sense skill in let alone understanding laws and governance....town council members are full of such....and it's basically because there's no interest by those who could better serve.
However this stupid judge should have known better than to take on anyone from small town PA. They may be "backwater rednecks" but they are patriots and love their country and you can rely on them when things go amuck....but they do resent it when "outsiders" are catered to over the "hometown boys"...and I for one am with them on that point...... You're asking for trouble then and this Bully Judge took on those he's going to have to now deal with....and it serves him right.
In certain cases law enforcement know how to deal with the thugs who get off with a crime they shouldn't have....they simply release them up in the mountains where they are lucky if they get out alive! If you know what I mean.

You and I both know that any idiot can be an elected district justice in PA if they get elected and pass the “course”.
