I’ve seen Newt do great at debates, have seen him and Romney both do poorly at debates.

I want to see every one of these guys give a great speech. Did you watch Newt last night? With the whole politically inclined population watching, Newt came out early good enough. Then he inexplicably chose to ramble for 15 minutes about cutting down a tree and crashing it into someone’s house 30 years ago.

Then Santorum came out and went on forever. His wife and daughter looked saddened by his speech.

Romney in comparison gave a catchy anti Obama speech.

That tells me in and of itself that you really aren't all that committed to your conservative principles.

When it really counted, where the rubber hits the road, when Mitt Romney had the opportunity to actually do something as Governor he failed miserably.

His actions as Governor, including nominating extreme liberals for the court, support for Global Warming, Support for TARP, support for Abortion, support for the Gay Agenda (including Gay Marriage), his support and implementation of the so-called Assault Weapons ban show him to be a PROGRESSIVE LIBERAL.

Furthermore, he continues to obfuscate his past record, up to and including, outright lying about it (for example, claiming he has always been Pro-Life)

So, no matter what his words are today, his actions are what define this lying politician.

As for me, I don't want to see him do well at all.

I want this liar to fail, and fail miserably.

He is symptomatic of what is wrong with the GOP-E today, no principles whatsover and just a desire to win.
