Why should people get a tip as incentive for doing a job properly? If they are not willing to do the job, they should be fired. Because their minimum wage per hour is $2.13.

Because their minimum wage per hour is $2.13. Federal Minimum Wage Act mandates $7.25/hr. Some states pay more than that...like Washington State, where it's $9.04/hr.
