Went out on Allure of the Seas last June. The ships are amazing, there just isn't any other way to describe them. They quite literally become a destination in themselves. I personally preferred the Freedom Class as the view from the Viking crown is much better. In addition the schooner bar on the Oasis Class faces inwards onto the promenade rather than outwards towards the ocean. On vacations I like to read and watch the world go by, and due to the need to get under the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge the Oasis Class can't carry the Viking Crown high enough to get the grand view.

On the up side there are far more choices for good eating on Allure and Oasis. Activities for the kids and teens are excellent, my son still keeps in contact with the gang from the flow rider. The solarium forward is simply fantastic, but can get a bit warm when you are sailing with the sun over the bow.

A few other things about Oasis and Allure. The bar/elevator is just so silly that you have to love it. Also the people control on Allure is fantastic. We were out, nearly at capacity and you never felt crowded on the ship. Shore facilities sure, but never on the ship. There was so much to do and they spread the people out so thoroughly that you often found yourself in small groups unless you deliberately sought out a crowd.
