Not sure if Chilly misses doing Chiller Theater. He has his hands full with his mid day radio program on 1320 WJAS. He still going but slowing down a bit. VERY nice guy. HE and I get along quite well although I haven't worked directly with him for awhile.
He is one of the FEW radio personalities who compliments others. When I did a lot of news and features he would always tell me how much he enjoyed them and that I should expand my career. That just wasn't possible back then though because of a growing family and other commitments. Besides I was happy doing what I did.

Good grief the fawning over the silly Oscar stuff all night long was maddening! A ‘wardrobe malfunction’ on a ‘green’ dress, Kin Jong Il’s ashes, on and on STUPID. Oh and I think Sarah got a Razzie or was nominated for one.

My late Uncle used to work with him in Indiana Pa long time ago. I bet you are not paid for how you keep things together..Your stations own all of Indiana's radio stations. I did some dj’s stuff. I tried to get a job but Ray Goss hated me. Back then you had to take a test to work in radio. I still have my license. My wife listens to 1320 on the way to the airport..plus KQV..for the traffic..

Next year is going to be the BIG changes. Most of the cars this year seem to be fairly OK. Of course all the guys were waiting for Danica Patrick to crash again, throw a hissy fit, rip off her suit and storm to her trailer...again.
HEY! I saw on the Preppers FB page you listen to Retro Cocktail Hour too! It's been a fav of mine for years...bachelor pad music, space age pop and tiki....WOO-HOO!
I used to download or record the shows then used Music Match Jukebox on an OLD 386 machine to play them randomly. Well over a weeks worth without repeating. It played in my bedroom 24/7 until the machine gave out.
I still listen mostly on Saturday nights when I'm at work or when I get home.
Used to like Hearts of Space as well but not as much.

I think all of Indiana is automated now. Not sure. Our company is CHEAP but getting better in some ways. Mostly because everyone else is getting as cheap as we are, LOL!
They also like to hire people with no experience so they can kick them around and fire them or drive them out in a couple of years.

LOL! Easy for you to say, you were sitting in a dry house. I can’t imagine sitting out there in the rain for that long, waiting.
Actually, gotta tell ya, my brother said it was fun anticipating the race all afternoon. Of course, he’s bummed because he has to work today.

Great Ceaser’s Ghost that caller was one of the dumbest people ever! If Rose had been there she would have gone off.
I was climbing into bed and I was going off!

The ones I feel really sorry for are the familys who saved to get there with their kids...maybe a once in a lifetime trip....then get rained out and have head back home because they have to get back to work or school or make flights.

I’m at work and shouldn’t be following this, but I was on the FR thread and a poster said an FBI swat team was there. Huh? Doesn’t local law enforcement take care of these things?
My gosh, prayers for those kids!
