Oops - just now realized you pinged it too.
The article appeared about the holiday season, so why wouldn't the rabbi refer to Greek practices rejected by the Jews, which were part of what the Maccabees were fighting against? Iconism, hedonism, skepticism, cynicism, pederasty -- all Greek cultural imports.
There are plenty of reasons to oppose the guy but this one seems pretty far down the list. Just saying.
Really? So are you telling us you're okay with the HRC and GLAAD and the State of New Jersey putting someone in the dock in criminal court, accused of a felony charge of "bias intimidation"? How does that sit with you?
Do you think anyone who criticizes homosex, homosexuals, or homoexualism, should automatically lose his job? Be arrested? Sued? Jailed? Sodomized in jail? To death?
Tell us what you really think.
I love it!
Maybe even Romney - severely dangerous homosexualist.
Thanks!
Good for them! At least they are standing on principle, unlike many others in the country.
Actually, Hunter Madsen, writing pseudonymously as "Erastes Pill" (an erastes in Greek means a pederast), and Marshall Kirk gave credit in their original magazine article, "Overhauling Straight America", which they reworked into After the Ball, to the propaganda techniques of the Nazi Germans, justifying their conscious aping of Goebbels and the rest by pointing to the horrificality of their heterosexual adversaries, boo hoo hoo. We deserve it, you see.
Then you must have missed all the beefing about moral rot at the RNC that's been passed around FR for the last three years .... Ken Mehlman, head of the RNC, gay ..... key Bush advisors .... Bush and Mary Matalin schmoozing, during the 2000 Republican National Convention, with the Log Cabins, and Mary telling them the Bush message that SSM would be cool, and anything short of full acceptance "unfair" (while the Christian Coalition was having box lunch -- the standard Bush family offering of Third-Rate Treatment -- with Karl Rove) ..... the Republican Unity Coalition and then the GOProud bunch (including Grover Norquist and Ann Coulter).
"Stink" doesn't take a lot of letters to spell out. And that is what is hanging over the Yacht Club wing of the GOP.
May G-d also be pleased to use this as another step toward a realignment of historically Democratic Jewish voters toward candidates who truly do support Israel and biblical morality.
Using less nice words, packing fudge ain't kosher.
Please... unless we have evidence, let's not call people's sexual orientations into question merely because we don't like their current stances on issues. Ann Coulter has done a lot of good in the past for conservative causes. She can and should be attacked for her recent actions, and I'm not very happy about her friendship with prominent homosexuals, but questioning her sexual orientation without evidence is not helpful and risks making us look foolish.
That kind of stuff has been done for years by Democrats to our side of the aisle. They may not care about facts. As conservatives, we should.
I hope many, many join them.
From another post on the subject RE Conservatives supporting the homosexuals/agenda
Heres the thought process in general:
Im a conservative
I have a friend
My friend is a homosexual
Conservatives are against homosexuality
I have many conservative friends
I am against homosexuality
My friend isnt a flaming homo
None of my conservative friends know I have a gay friend
As long as he doesnt shove it in my face and embarass me in front of my conservative friends, theyll never know and I dont have to admit it.
Well hes out now and no one disowned me so aparently people will tolerate him if he isnt too out
Its really none of my business who zooms who as long as Im not personally involved
Personal freedom is the bullwark of conservative thought and belief.
Liberals are the ones who try dictating peoples lives, not conservatives.
My friend shares a number of my beliefs about financial/govenmental issues.
I never realized you can be homosexual and conservative
My friend is further right than some people on Free Republic - Hes hardcore on issue X!
I dont know why the conservatives wont accept people who believe the same things they do just because of his sex preferences
Its completely unfair
I cant believe how intolerant people are of my friend.
If thats the way its going to be Im done. Im not a bigot and I dont want to be associated with them.
I guess that the libs were right after all.
______
And that holds true very often. Some fortunately manage to stop and get their priorities in order before going off the deep end.
Two former “moderate” presidents whose careers in office were so undistinguished that I cannot recall a single accomplishment from either!
Presumably one whose election was really really Historic.
The Answer to all problems.
Joy to the world.
What a photo. All the charm of a cheap plastic groom wedding cake decoration. Plastic. Fake. Cheap. Cheesy. Kitsch. Other than that, a very charming photo.
Agree!
He is a LIAR on every major issue that is important to conservatives!
Sorry. I was looking for thr link but had to leave.
You HAVE TO LISTEN to the Mark Levin audio for sure if nothing else. It’s about 10 minutes.

This is multiple sources linking paul’s campaign with Romney’s but also all those racist rants on the Paul newsletters and the gay cabal money... It will curl your hair.
Everyone must be prepared for the warning being given by these Rabbi’s about Romney. If elected as president, Romney could end up doing more damage to America than Obama ever could.
Mainly because of the many things we know he has a record of doing is directly inline with what we know Obama has been doing. Thus, as a Republican he will destroy America. Then, future leaders will all run on platforms of who can manage Socialized America’s decline the best.
Mitt Romney does not have any proof that he would rule as a conservative. Everything he has done while in office has been what the Democrats wanted him to do. As governor of Mass. he never once vetoed anything he now claims to disagree with. Plus, while he was governor, there is no evidence in the public record that he has ever disagreed with what the Democrats wanted to do.
All we have is his word that he has changed. Why would anyone ever take the word of a politician who has no record of ever ruling as a conservative, that he now has seen the light?
If Romney becomes president he will do what the RINO establishment tells him to do. If he loses congress, then he will do as GW did, he will sign any and all legislation they send him.
We need a man who will do the right thing, even if 99% of Americans say they want him to do otherwise.
Every nation from the beginning of time that accepted homosexuality as normal, has eventually crumbled and ceased to exist as a free society.
