Maybe the company should “release” the shoes only for Internet sale. Surely there are more useful things the police could be doing than controlling riotous shoe-buyers!

They don’t have “access” to da net... Nor credit cards to utilize in an online purchase because they are more likely to not have a bank acct, because they are more likely to not have an income, or a driver’s license, or a social security card...cash on the barrel baby.

No, because then the government would have to provide free internet service to the Amish. Maybe we already do.
