There are cruises that do the islands of Hawaii too. We do not cruise but have friends that do. They say that cruise is magnificent.
Have been all over the Hawaiian islands but not cruise style. We own property just south of Hilo on the Big Island.

Totally, but it depends.
I went on a Hawaiian cruise with my Dad and his two sisters. It was wonderful. But rather than go on those expensive, silly tourist junkets at each stop, I had a rented car either waiting at the pier or take us to the main office. We all had such a wonderful time doing “our own thing” outside the expensive tourist crap.
We were well-read on what we were going to see at each stop.
