Number 1 would be St. Thomas in the US Virgin Island ... Labadee, Haiti, Willemsted, Curacao and Aruba.
My son got married three years ago and wanted to honeymoon in the Carib.
During the research, he found hundreds and hundreds of warnings about almost every island down there.
He ended up in Curacao and said daytime was fine, but spent night time in the hotel.

If you ever get the chance, the smaller islands of the Bahamas are heaven.
