National social welfare advocates descended on Alabama like vultures on road kill and the stage was set for an ugly battle.This is merely an aberration. Using Alabama as an example of how to go about solving the undocumented worker issue would not be proper. Racist laws such as that in Alabama should be struck down and never be allowed to be enacted in other States.
