Embarrassment time! I’m not conversant with MP3 linking, but if you intervene, the link will work. First, click on the link. This will take you to "The page you requsted was not available”. Go into the URL address, and delete the %22 characters at the very end, right after the mp3 characters. Press Enter, and this should invoke the MP3. I can’t figure out how that %22 got into the URL address. It’s not a part of the href. Thanks to AZamericonnie for coming up with this MP3. Youtube only had it in Japanese.
