Here's a desperate woman who's called the cops in because here soon to be ex-husband has gone violent and is breaking up her stuff. When they arrive he is belligerant ~ she seems cowed and afraid.

What's not to like with this one.

If she'd said "He won't let me" they could have dropped him right there because that's kidnapping!

But that is not what she said and is not how it went down. If the man was a threat then the police should have detained him in the parking lot where they first found him, they did not.

Your assertion that he had gone violent is incorrect. He threw a phone against a wall. Tell the facts, so that people can make informed decisions. The State Supreme Court Decision was crap and they should have just upheld the Appeals Court ruling which was for a new trial with the defense’s tendered jury instruction.
