I agree. Of course these people are insane. The doctors who perform these surgeries should be prosecuted for mutilation and those who suffer from this malady should be given extensive psychological treatment.

The instances of suicide for those who complete ‘gender reassignment’ are extremely high. The reason for this is that they are treating the symptoms and not the underlying disease.

From my perspective it is a mental illness,much like Schizophrenia. It's still on the DSM books that psychiatrists and physcologists use. Narcissism is in those books,too,but it's being taken out because it's become so prevalent.

There are a scant amout of women turned “men” who will have a phalloplasty. They use the clitoris and a skin graft but tissue death is a major concern so this procedure is very rare.
