I agree with Nascar on this. I don't want to sit watching a race smelling nasty smoke. What about my right not to have to smell it?
Just like sitting in the car at a red light and smelling the smoke coming in through my vent from the smoker directly ahead of me.
That being said I am not for banning cigs and think people should be able to buy them and smoke if they want but don't expect me to have to breathe in that crap.

The car belonging to the smoker in front of you may have some bad stuff in it’s exhaust as well. But, it’d be hard to be sitting in a car behind a car at a light and not have that.
